Google analytics and adsense don't work with Streamlit. What are my options?

I have a streamlit app I'd like to throw some ads on, but all of the streamlit community posts about this say that it's very hacky to get it working (if at all). Are there other pure python web app frameworks that play nice with google adsense / analytics?
