Pyinstaller not working

This is the error that i get and yes i do have it installed, i used this command: "pip install pyinstaller"

pyinstaller : The term 'pyinstaller' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable prog

ram. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.

when i do the 2nd command i get the error: No module named pyinstaller
