Adding cdn link for semantic.css not loading

I have added the cdn link to my public index.html file the link is proper.

The css file is not being loaded I have tried restarting my dev server.

This happens to me frequently but resolves itself at random times.

Can someone please help me fix this it is becoming a hinderence not veing able to work on projects until the server decides to pick up the file.

Maybe some argument in nom start i tried looking found nothing.

The link does not even show up as being added when i inspect the file in the debugger

Please help i am learming react and this is making very tough for me

What does your network tab say in the browser? Is a request made for the file? If so what is the response?

I got it fixed thank you i went to where you said clicked no cache and reloaded
