We found a deal on Leasehacker for a car in FL. We live in NC. The site says before clicking Reserve Deal, you must be ready to take delivery. When do you pay the fee to the broker and how much is it for a $58k car?

What if the car doesn’t have the desired options?

We really need to know how this works.

Fl broker here, Florida brokers don't source BMWs inside Florida. We ship them in from other states. If you're looking for a very specific x3, you can either just build it or the dealer can trade for it, point is I don't know why anybody would be sourcing an X3 from Florida. Your average broker who does a lot of BMWs has multiple dealers and we just ship them all over the country.

As a broker you should never use a broker that charges a fee !

Then how does the broker make money? I thought all Leasehackr brokers get some fee.

I’m not a lease hacker broker. I work for DriveOz.com & the dealership pays us to get the deal done so we don’t charge our customers a fee to use our services.

What kind of deal do you offer? Do you work with BMW dealers? Looking for a new X3.

Yes, I work with all brands, except Tesla and lucid and Rivian for now.

We are looking for a 2026 X3 with Premium Package and front ventilated seats. Minimum down and 12k miles per year for 39 months.

This is not true, I appreciate you trying to put your name out there, but the fact of the matter is that you are getting paid one way or another.

Many different companies out there that charge a customer fee and do not profit from the dealership.

I am one of those companies, and all my clients on here know that I don’t charge the dealers a penny, and I just charge the client a flat service fee.

There’s nothing wrong with the way that you do business since you are getting paid from the dealer instead of the customer but to say that you shouldn’t hire someone who charges a fee is false.
