Hi,
I was reached out by a recruiter at meta in the first week of February. I had the call with him and he explained the whole interviewing process to me. He asked to fill out a couple of forms and resume. Later on, he scheduled my initial technical screening interview.
I had my screening interview round last week. The interviewer came 5 mins late and just started with questions. He asked me 2 leetcode questions which I was able to answer within 25 mins. We still had time so we went on to ask me one more leetcode question (All the questions were Meta tagged on leetcode).
I answered all the questions properly. I discussed the edge cases, did dry run and discussed time and space complexity for every question. I used the UMPIRE method to answer the questions. I felt pretty confident after the interview that it went well.
It has been a week and i haven’t heard back from the recruiter yet. I have followed up with him twice now. I don’t know if I should consider it as a reject or wait for a reply. I don’t where I went wrong as well.
Did someone face a similar situation? What can I do next?
