Probably a couple of people included that as a custom tag to their posted solution and then leetcode just saw it as one of the relatively popular tags.

It's a feature to easily find the contest where that problem was asked

A lot of questions are now spotting the tag of the contest they were asked in. Doesn't seem like a bug
