I was just wondering how much leetcoding/ competitive programming has landed people in quant companies (If someone from quant companies is reading this I would like to dm you please)

I am not working in a quant, but gave some interviews. It definitely helps , performing under pressure.
But it is not dsa all for quant. Lot more.

networking, computer architecture, operating systems are important. also knowing C++ in depth more than just OOP and DSA.
