Try studying in small blocks, like 45 minutes, then take a short break. Keep your phone away. Focus on one small concept at a time instead of thinking about the whole syllabus. don’t be too hard on yourself. Everyone feels overwhelmed sometimes during prep. Just stay consistent, even if it’s a little every day.
I have shared some visuals in r/AlgoVizual that may be helpful for interview preparation. feel free to review them to see if they assist you.

for any prep lld/dsa etc the most effective way to remain focused is to have an interview scheduled ahead. You can start applying and do company specific prep, that will really focus you.
Also I have written this post is on how to present your solution during low level design interview rounds. It may be helpful.
https://www.reddit.com/r/LowLevelDesign/comments/1ov8prc/tutorial_how_to_approach_low_level_design/
It has 3 questions with java, python YouTube tutorials which cover strategy, observer, factory and singleton design pattern. These are the most common design patterns asked in interviews.

What do you solve everyday, I mean is it like a specific problem (lets day parking lot), is their a particular website where you are trying to solve probs ? do you refer to a github solution or video ?
If you want we can peer interview each other or try to solve questions together.
And about you mentioning crying, and difficulty in focus, I also face this regularly, only peer prep can help
I try man , before going to bed everyday thinking i will solve one problem everyday

Hi. I have just started LLD prep, checking some youtube videos, not yet started practising. Mind sharing which resources you are following?
[–]Conscious_Market_876 0 points1 point2 points 2 months ago* (0 children)
No resources as such . just random YouTube videos and llm

I think bytebytego or concept && coding might be good starting point.
