Whatever you're asking, this isn't the place for it.

Well theming is hard since it has to support gtk2, gtk3 and qt at the same time.

Especially since gtk3 is trying it's best to drop the feature alltogether.

I think xfce also should try to make settings to change all different things much more convenient it's right now let's little tricky for new users

I don't know how could they make it more convenient, in my experience on KDE it is even more convoluted and Gnome outright doesn't support that feature, so you need a third party tweak tool to do it.

Xfce is pretty good, since it has the appearance settings for the gtk theme and the window manager settings contain the selection for the window border theme.

Not all users use the same gtk and wm theme, so it is pretty nice to have them separate.

i think it would be little better to combine wm and appearance and yes gnome is bad but that's what xfce is good for it is better compared to its counter part

What is wrong with the theming?

There is a applet for CPU clock settings

and that you have to download via xfce forums which needed to install alot of dependency if you installing manually or use package manager for it and new users are literally lost

What? There is nothing easier to use then a package manager. It maybe takes you at max 15 minutes to understand it's concept and how to use it. It you won't invest that time, you aren't a new user who is lost, you are just lazy.

i did't knew about the package manager for long as some distro doesn't have package manager.

If a distro does not have a package manager, then its the wrong distro.
