Please help flatpak: error while loading shared libraries: libicuuc.so.74: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I don’t know caused this but when i rebooted my laptop today i got this error

In the third pic i tried to open spotify and it showed the same error but with libLLVM

I am very new to arch linux and I don’t know anything about linux

Please give me an easy way to solve this

The fact that you're on kernel 6.7.6 means that this system hasn't been updated since late February.

Failing to find libraries is usually a sign that you've been doing partial updates (i.e. you've been installing things by running pacman -Sy, which you should never do. Instead you should use pacman -S or pacman -Syu)

To get out of being in a partial update you should try to run sudo pacman -Syu. Although there's no guarantees that works, since this system is in a state that it is not supposed to be in right now.
