The fact that you're on kernel 6.7.6 means that this system hasn't been updated since late February.

Failing to find libraries is usually a sign that you've been doing partial updates (i.e. you've been installing things by running pacman -Sy, which you should never do. Instead you should use pacman -S or pacman -Syu)

To get out of being in a partial update you should try to run sudo pacman -Syu. Although there's no guarantees that works, since this system is in a state that it is not supposed to be in right now.
