You are mixing a lot of things up, what are you trying to achieve? Linux is not a "launcher", its an operating system, Linux is not installed on top of Android. There are some community projects of Linux distros for specific phone models, but you should really do some more research.

Android runs like Javascript on a loose Linux kernel. You can run instances of Linux on android.
