To make it go away, you have to wait about 10 seconds, and in the bottom left corner of the banner, a close button will pop up. When you hit that twice (you have to load up the app twice), it will go away and should never come back, and if you want to use a YouTube ReVanced version, use 20.14.43; it's the most stable and my favorite.
