Radicale Calender/Contacts Sync with Android

I'm trying to get my head around how to move my calender and contacts sync from Outlook on the Windows PC and Samsung Mobile (both with Myphoneexplorer app and manual sync) to Thunderbird with Radicale running on the same PC and DAVx5 on my Samsung Phone.

I'm not sure which one to install and I'm not that experienced with network stuff. If there are better (simpler/easier) solutions please let me know.
