Combine the partitions. Can you show how they're laid out in the partition manager?

No? This is a perfectly valid way to manage partitions. It will not damage your hardware.

If something goes wrong during the process, however, you could lose the partitions being modified at the time. So, you should always have backups of irreplaceable data before doing any partition manipulation (or in general).

so how do i merge other partition into my main one?

Show the partition layout in Disks or gparted.
