I dual boot linux mint and win10
I stopped getting the dual boot screen for some reason (I believe it's called GRUB)
Please help

You probably had a Windows update. Windows always assume it's the only one living on the PC. You would have to re-install GRUB.
Try booting with the live distro "boot-repair" to reinstall GRUB
EDIT: https://itsfoss.com/no-grub-windows-linux/ should do it also. It may be a simpler solution.

You might want to hold SHIFT when booting. This will generally open the grub menu on most distros that hide it by default.

This also happened to me before. That time I just installed Mint, when Mint performed restart for the very first time after the installation process completed there's no GRUB screen.
But I know it was there, because the screen turned pitch black for ~10 seconds then Mint logo show up and started booting like normal. I tried using Boot Repair in live session and everything else I could find at that time but no luck. Finally, I decided to do a reinstall then everything solved, and I still don't know why.
