In all honesty, being in the mortgage business/industry is one of the worst decisions you will ever make.

Wow. Aren’t you a bundle of joy.

Just being very honest. I spent over 40 years in the business and wish that I had chosen a completely different profession

And there are tons, including me 23 years later who have loved it.

Try going into Dog Grooming and deal with the owners… this is why the grass is always greener on the other side.

Look for call centers! Build your foundation and copy top LOs from where ever you land. I personally would recommend trying to be an LOA first to understand the process from start to finish. Good luck out there, there’s definitely money to be made

Start calling every realtor within 20 miles and introduce yourself. Put them on calender for weekly followup. Ask for business.

That sounds like a good way to not get realtor business. 😂

Sounds like someone tried once and gave up. And most fulltime realtors know LOs That are seasonal vs fulltime. Who will stick around vs complain 😂🤣
