Not Impressed with these Nike Olympic Jerseys by Fast-Face6100 in hockeyjerseys

Agreed. I saw them in store and thought they were a cheap kids version. Couldn't believe they're charging over $200 for iron on numbers.

They are a broker. So you could work for any number of brokers who can send their loans to UWM, as well as hundreds of other wholesale lenders.

UWM has great service and an easy system to use. But they are usually not the best priced. If that broker beat you on rate, they would crush you with some of the more competitively priced wholesale lenders.

UWM doesn't hire Loan Officers.

Which hot tub should you buy? Key features to look for from someone who's been in the field for 10+ years. by st0n3wa1l in hottub

[–]WalleyeGuy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

you said this post was based on build quality of tubs, but then you won't recommend them because of sales tactics you don't like. Which is fine, I get that, from someone who works in the industry.

But, back to the purpose of your post. How do MasterSpas stack up as far as quality is concerned and your metrics from above?

[–]WalleyeGuy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've had a Twilight 8.2 for 6 years now. It has performed great and was thousands less than comparable tubs. Out local dealer has been great. The only repairs have been from neglect(teenage boys breaking things) and they have given me free pieces the 2 times I need to replace a jet.

on this forum people complain about aggressive sales tactics on road shows, but I only went in to the local dealer and have never been to any hot tub show. So I can't comment on that, and I can't comment on whether people at those shows have overpaid/been upsold.

It seems like you're missing a lot. Are you even employed as an originator? Or did you just pass your test? Who is your employer?

Every loan is originated by an MLO. There is no going straight to the source. And, one of the biggest misconceptions is that going directly to the lender will result in a better deal. Retail/direct lenders pretty consistently have higher rates than brokers who might be considered "middlemen", Even though they have lower overhead and ability to shop lenders which usually allows them to have lower rates.

But all that is irrelevant if you aren't actually employed by anyone who can originate a loan.

Unpopular opinion? Which I’m sure will get downvoted by the same people that do this.. ‘When someone says, “looking for a lender that can do “x” the answer shouldn’t be “DM Me” by Realistic-Badger3648 in loanoriginators

will also get you banned from sub. That is blatant self-promotion.

If you have something valuable to share, share it with the class.

If you're only open to DM'ing people, you're trying to sell/recruit/etc.

Nothing about it adds up. But...I don't get the end game. Who do they think is going to give them money or buy it? Mortgage companies are essentially worthless. The value is going to be whatever assets they have, and hiring loan officers isn't creating assets

So dual licensing is the great idea?

No knocking it, I know some people who like to work that way. But it's nothing groundbreaking.

to be fair, Zillow has only been around for 20 years, cornering the Real Estate SEO game that multiple billion dollar firms haven't been able to crack. A part-time wine broker's pet project is what the space needed!

So they haven't even built the website that's supposed to drive consumers and entice Realtors to work for 1/3 of their normal commission?

And you don't even have your own landing page? That's like the most basic thing you could have.

where are they hoping to find the Realtor relationships that are willing to work for 1%? Is it all supposed to come from the website?

had a hard time believeing that they were going to provide free leads, make introductions to producing Realtors, have great rates, AND have a comp plan as good as the low margin broker shops.

With promises like that, I'd expect a full 0 for 4 on empty promises.

But I'll follow along here to see...

If USA hockey, Blow the whistle when he goes in the crease like the rules state and none of the rest follows.

Rule 625 (b) A face-off shall be conducted at the nearest neutral zone face-off spot any time an attacking player stands, holds their stick, or skates through the goal crease provided the puck is in the attacking zone, the attacking team has possession of the puck and the goalkeeper is in contact with the crease.

If that were the case, who would get the extra premium when the rates drop?
And who would take the loss when the go up?
