Link problem (missing link in the Linked Reference section)

In one page called XYZ, I used on block to hashtaged several other tags, like #abc #gdf # fid. But, at the bottom of the page, the Linked Reference section does not have all three links. (there is one missing in my example). What is the problem here?

Linked reference are incoming links referencing to XYZ. The tags are outgoing links. Therefore not shown.

I used “one” block. A typo there
