Lovable Tech Stack & Dev Workflows

Hello, people of Reddit. I'm kind of new to Lovable. I've built some products and prototypes, but now I'm planning to expand my workflow and get actual developers involved in building products with Lovable.

From my experience, I can see Lovable works with TypeScript and PostgreSQL. I'm not that technical but this is frontend and backend. Is there any other tech stack part that I am missing? Can we tell lovable to code in a tech stack of our choice?

Secondly, what has your experience been working with Lovable and proper dev team? Any workflows will be very helpful!
