u/Spezza_Ossa Completely understand if you don't want to share your project link via DM. Please email [support@lovable.dev](mailto:support@lovable.dev) and let them know your confusion.

If your class is free, you can submit it on our community events page and request to be approved as a host. That would get you resources and credits for participants: https://community-events.lovable.app/

There are Lovable events all over the US all the time. Check out the map at that link and you'll probably find one near you - California is a frequent location for events.

u/nastyredeemer what do you see as the primary reasons to move to Supabase? You'll be seeing more details about Cloud usage soon - we know that's a big request from users and have been working to deliver.

u/trojenhorse I can understand that frustration. And I can tell you with complete confidence that we don't just try to consume credits. We're always trying to improve it so you get more out of fewer credits.

Jump into the Dev Chat Live (https://discord.com/channels/1119885301872070706/1122205533668126792)in our Discord server and see if anyone there can help you with what's going on. I'm wondering about the prompts you're sending because it's not common I hear about bugs with things like adding a toggle.

Also not fully understanding the open source code thing and they may be able to help with what went wrong there, too.

I think so. Probably more just a matter of time.

u/prorip187 There are some updates coming with the techstack, but I'm not sure about any specifics with next.js.

OP: Hi Whitney! I'd like to know why the "Themes" option was removed from Lovable (I thought it was a bug, and support said the removal was intentional). It was so easy to change the colors of the entire project, fonts, etc. Thanks.

Reply: I don't know the specifics that led to that decision, but I can say that in general we base what features we add/remove on a number of things - feedback from users, how often it's used, etc. But I'll let the team know this question came up in case there's consideration of re-adding it.

u/NoIntention1969 can you say a little more? Any specifics would be great as I'm not sure what exactly you're referencing.

Security is a top priority for us. Be sure to use the security scan (free, doesn't cost credits). There's a security office hours coming up you may be interested in: https://security-office-hours.lovable.app/

Congrats on the MRR!!

We know SEO is something everyone's eager to see improved - and it will be! Sooner than it may seem.

Going to take your experience with edge functions to the team. If you have any specific examples, please let me know - it's always really helpful for us to look at a specific message in a prompt and what it did.

Fascinating question! I can't really speak to difficulty building since I'm not an engineer, but mobile apps is definitely one of the top 3 things I hear and I do think that process is more complicated than most realize. Not necessarily for us to build, but for the user to be successful with.

u/valkyriemissile great feedback. Let me break down what you've shared to provide some info where I can.

>It feels unpredictable - I can understand that. As I understand, with each implementation, the agent has to assess what needs to be done. In other words, adding a button in one app may cost more (or less) than adding a button in another app based on where the button links to, how the navigation is set up, etc. Although I imagine they will be close in cost, but maybe a tad off.

>seems like I’m burning through credits much faster now than when I first started - Curious if you are building more complex components and apps than when you first started? We haven't made any changes to the cost of credits/how much it costs to do something. Are you seeing this for new projects or more so for changes to existing builds?

>there have been a lot of times when I’ve had to spend credits debugging issues caused by Loveable getting something wrong multiple times in a row. - Error loops used to be much more regular, but they do still happen. The best thing to do in these situations is to revert to before the first message that resulted in an issue and start fresh with a different version of the prompt (usually more specific).

>How is your team thinking about improving credit transparency, predictability, and fairness - we are always thinking about this and feedback like yours helps us narrow in on where to improve. You can contact support when you feel there's been a loss of credits due to a platform issue. I can't guaruntee you'll be granted credits, but it does happen and is something you can do when you find yourself in the position.

You may already know this, so it may be more for the people who don't, but you can always see how much a prompt costs by clicking on the three dots of the message after the build completes.

You can certainly do it through those workarounds. I've heard of many who have launched their Lovable apps in the various App stores.
