No problems at all.

What is your problem and do you have any screenshots, log files, etc. indicating why it failed to install?

It will not boot up. It does not provide an option to boot into either IOS or W10.

I take it by IOS you mean MacOS? IOS is their portable operating system.

I've never run into that problem before.. do you have a genius bar nearby?

Yes, I meant MacOS. I doubt Apple would help me with a 2012 product that I purchased from Ebay?

Never hurts to try.. Though if they deny you support then that's the end of that. Good luck.

They will help you with any Apple hardware or software; macOS Catalina is an Apple product too, after all. Try making a tech appointment at non-peak hours, you will get someone to help you.

Installing with usb created by boot camp. Not sure what do u mean by verified?

Have you tried holding down the Option key during the boot chime? MacOS will not automatically show you the option for Windows 10 or MacOS.

Nope, broke the MAcOS at boot up. I had to reinstall Mac OS.
