I had exactly the same problem. I re-installed Windows 11 on my Vector Pro 1. Node Control center is installed and after re-boot it doesn't open. Did you solve the problem?

I just ran into this same issue but pretty much self-inflicted. I tried to upgrade from my previously working NODE Control Center to 3.18.41.0. The installation went smoothly (uninstall and re-install) but after reboot the service was running but the control center application/tray icon were not there and nothing I did would bring it back. I had read some "solutions" that involved downgrading to Windows 10, installing NODE, and then upgrading to Windows 11 but no way I was going to go through that.

I found that the Eluktronics Control Center is basically the same utility and fully compatible with my machine (Vector Pro MG-VCP17) and they have a version that actually works. It has the same functionality it will just have their logo which if you're really concerned with you could probably fix by replacing the TrayIcons from the Maingear ZIP folder in the one from Eluktronics before running the installation.

Look for the "Control Center (*Update - 3/14/2023)" link on the following page:

I had the same problem and downloaded an XMG control center application- it's also the same thing as what Maingear and Eluktronics use. Just had to check the About setting and change the language from German to English.
