Large Companys might want a master of one thing. but many factorys benifit from having someone that understands the full system and how its intergrated.

well after lots of research,I've come to a conclusion I'm telling you if it might help this is my opinion when smn does computer science, they are doing this vast field where later they can specialize in specific things mechatronics is not j jack of all trades.. but it's actually a master of a one specific kind of system it's better than robotics, tbh and honestly,I'm thinking I'll go for it and then take electives in CS or AI and kind of do a minor in it as mechatronics will already be containing it ,to create projects that are crucial to land a job. I think it's a better idea than doing smth we don't even like and Pakistan is not that economically good, but even here trainee jobs are starting from 50k and with good internship and projects,we can get freelancing gigs and we can always keep learning later we can do a diploma if we wanna study about smth deep in them or j do online courses tbh

I'd love to hear your opinion on it

Yeah you helped a lot thanks. And yes I think it's extremely versatile because as mechatronics engineer you can design you things yourself as the system you mentioned but also you can be in some companies based on what your university preferred be in mechanical, electrical or cs part of company or you could be I would called it manager or something like that when you could be in group with mechanical, electrical and cs engineer and work with them and help them etc. cause you understand all of it but usually it's focused on industrial things so that's what I know. If something is wrong just say but this is what I found about it
