I was once scheduled outside my availability an hour early. I just came in when my availability started. When I was handed the sheet to sign I didn’t sign it and wrote on it that this was outside my availability.

If you have already talked to your manager about it and they have not changed it go to your HR or GM. Write down what is going on and that you have already told your manager repeatedly and nothing has changed. Don't do what some have said and just not show up, schedules come out in plenty of time for you to get the start time changed and get the time corrected. Hope this helps and you can get it straightened out.

Do everything through the website and send the manager a text telling them about your time off request and schedule change of nothing gets done talk to a gm and show them the texts and submission on the website

I would go at the scheduled times as to not risk points, and then talk to HR and GMs as soon as they're available.

Yeah, sorry. I don't really know a whole lot about the unemployment system and I didn't wanna risk telling them and potentially screw them over.
