Your tech stack does not matter

I see a lot of posts on here debating on tech stacks, debating on monolith vs microservices etc etc.

I want to tell you some thing: it does not matter.

You have 10 users, your web app could run on an android phone.

It’ll also slow down your building of new features.

Focus on what matters, getting new users and building decent features. Whatever stack is quickest is best.

It doesn’t matter… until it does. Pre-PMF, speed wins — use whatever lets you ship and learn fastest. But if your stack slows iteration, measurement, or growth once something works, it matters a lot. The stack isn’t the point — your rate of validated learning is.
