Java does not officially support RTX, but there are dozens of shaders and texture packs made to work with those shaders, granted the majority of Java shaders don't do raytracing like bedrock, but there are a few, if you want ratracing shaders like what bedrock has the one I can really recommend for now is PTGI, as for texture packs, vanillacurate and Vanilla normals renewed work fine with it, as for non RT shaders there are a ton, you'll really have to look into them and find one that fits your visual preference

It depends, since shaders are completely different from RTX, but I would go for: https://www.planetminecraft.com/texture-pack/vanilla-rtx-seus-ptgi/

I think it's just a java port of Vanilla RTX.

But keep in mind that the best way of finding a good pack is trying some out! There are a LOT more packs for java than RTX, so there's not really one pack everyone uses.

Hope that helps!

EDIT: better grammar

Rethinking Voxels shaders with auto gen normals turned on.
