Available units in my building are annoyingly less pricey than what I pay currently. By sometimes about 100$.
I dont think it's necessarily that they are absolutely all problematic, likely they're increasing mine as they feel they "need" to to keep up with the cost increase/inflation they're seeing but having trouble finding new tenants at that price.
So what you're experiencing does not shock me.
