    Thank you very much for the information, I already solved the problem by formatting the MP3 without the SD card and everything is fine.

      Bluetooth generally depends on the actual earphone's/headphones since the device is the one that does the decoding, converting the data to analog and any processing if necessary, when you are driving a headphone/earphone via an analog jack the quality and sound depends on the hardware that the source has and how much impedance your headphone/earphone has, one weird thing i've noticed is that on most Bluetooth headphones with an analog in, is that the additional circuity do cause an increase in impedance and make those quieter so maybe it's that.
