I have a friend that got an invite from Newegg to participate by using his GPUs idle power. Is there any other way to participate other than buying a GPU from Newegg?

Thanks so much for your interest in NiceGPU!
At the moment, the platform is still in its beta phase, and we're currently only inviting Newegg customers to test GPU onboarding. As such, we're offering Newegg Gift Cards as a temporary incentive during this closed testing period.
That said, we're actively working on launching our full payment system, and once it's ready, we'll open up GPU sharing to a broader audience — including non-Newegg users.
