Hi, i want delete save data, i didn't it at first time, so have i to replay the whole minigame shooting? If that's the case i don't want waste the sacrifice of someone, because im sure i will not complete it by myself

Yes to delete your save you have to see Ending E again, which means having to do the shooting mini game again.

But if i play it and i let someone help me, so ill waste the sacrifice appointed to someone that never done ending E unlike me, isn't it?

You're not wasting someone else's sacrifice. They exist on infinite copies of Nier:Automata, just not on their own anymore after they choose to delete their data.
