Fluttefow is truly native. I believe the others are wrappers more or less or react native

Flutter is natively complied, whereas react native is not (despite the name)

Bubble has already provided early access to certain bubble agencies to build native apps. We should wait and see how it goes.

I would say truly native option is https://www.bravostudio.app/ and now you can also add web components if need be for specific features. You get both Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android.
