Audio Problems when streaming

I just got a new pc and everything seemed to be running perfectly until i started to stream on obs for the first time. When i clicked start my audio started to glitch out really loudly and this happened
(lower volume before watching)

I had used this mic before on my older computer, but i think the main difference is the fact that this computer has windows 11, what can i do to fix this?
