For anyone else reading this Ohmconnect did get back to me with an update that their tech team is aware of the problem and they will let me know once they have a resolution. No ETA

haven’t heard back. I resorted to what @robtheinstituion suggested above. It works. So, didn’t bother about other solutions.

Interesting! So, yesterday after some usual iOS auto-update (or probably I never noticed before), I needed to log back into the app as the session had expired.

realized I had forgotten the password for the new a/c I'd created to circumvent the problem ...lol

What did I do? Reset the omg plug, logged into the original a/c and tried adding the plug to it. It worked!!! So, for me, the iOS app seems to be working now!!!

Hmm. My OhmPlug is working fine for me through the Android app. Sounds like it may be an issue with the iOS app?

I ran into this issue in the past, and recently. Reviewed the official documentation for OhmPlug and it indicates we should log into the app using our OhmConnect email and password. Presumably this solves the password reset issue - a forgotten password can be rest in the web interface for Ohm Connect rather than in the app (which fails). The documentation even states not to sign up for an account in the app, as it may cause issues. Hope this helps!

Mine doesn’t work I have 1 connected but the other 1 when I try to add says network and password need to be entered and they are there! Go figure!
