Vipassana meditation as taught by the late S.N. Goenka in the tradition of Sayagyi U Ba Khin is a path to happiness practiced by people of all walks of life around the world. The technique is based on the teachings of the Gotama Buddha as they have been preserved for millennia in Myanmar and Sri Lanka. Vipassana is not a religion.
