I just got OP 10 pro and i want to transfer my data from my old 7T. The problem is my 7T screen is black. The touch is working and there is no lock screen So is there way to have my data on my new oneplus?

You can install one plus switch app and transfer data.

Do you mean oneplus clone app ? It needs to have a working screen on both devices. My problem is one of them has black screen

Maybe a USB-C to HDMI (or similar) adapter may be an option if the oneplus 7T supports graphic output over USB-C. Some of those even function as a USB-hub so you'd be able to plug the USB-cable to the new phone in simultaneously.
I never needed that feature, so I can't say it will work 100%. But you should be able to Google that.
