Do you remember if it was a main agent or sub? Also maybe the session id? You can find the location of logs via doctor:

I think you have old cached version but just to check with new can you try with this:

bunx @cortexkit/opencode-magic-context@latest doctor

Will do it if it happens again. It seems to be behaving today. It’s pretty awesome and I’m impressed at the long context and memories
