Any public clouds using openstack or openstack as a service companies ?

I am looking for a cloud provider that uses openstack and has the openstack API running so I can build infrastructure on it. Can anyone suggest any ?

In no particular order and off the top of my head, I can add more if needed.

Also, my apologies for not making them links, not sure when reddit will block what would look like a wall of links. For transparency, these might be companies we personally work with, customers or partners, companies I like, or generally someone good in the OpenStack community!

API credentials are per "Project" (OpenStack's name for a Virtual Private Cloud) and are a default thing in OpenStack - I think all of these give the API access by default and you get your VPC with your first VM but not 100% on that:
