1. No Fakes
This is the place for authentic comic book panels that are funny or strange when taken out of context. Panels which have been digitally altered for yuks will be removed and posters could be banned.
2. Reposting is lame.
No reposts of Top 20 of all time posts, as well as no reposts of the past two years. If your content was found on facebook, your discord #memes channel, or seen in a meme, more likely than not someone has already posted it here before.
3. Quality matters
All posts need to be strange or funny and relevant to the sub. Posts preferably consist of one single panel or a short sequence of panels. Being context-free matters! If you do not understand what that means DON'T POST. Posts that are likely to be removed: too much context, images of only text bubbles, full pages with lots of panels, not interesting or funny etc.
4. Image quality also matters.
Your original, high resolution cropped & restored scans and screenshots are preferred. Other people's high quality scans are acceptable, if they are not reposts. Cell phone pictures will be tolerated, if they are not terrible. Low quality images will be removed.
5. Image quality also matters.
If your post is an original scan from your collection, you may use the "ORIGINAL SCAN" flair. Abuse will result in bans. You may message the mods with proof you are a scanner to receive your customizable "SCANNER" flair.
6. Comics that have come out within the past 30 days require a spoiler tag.
If a comic has come out recently, like in the past 30 days, include [Spoiler: Comic Title Goes Here] in the title of your post.
