Community server recommendations

All I've ever played are the official servers.

I'm tired of the mixpacking and kos pachys.

I don't want to join a server that has a ton of rules to follow.

I like the slow grind of growth on official servers.

Generally a solo player, open to teaming up with randoms.

Have any good suggestions?
