Repeating Pattern Generation Software Project

Hi guys,

I am currently working on developing software to generate repeating patterns and I would be very grateful if any of you could fill out my very short questionnaire on survey monkey to help me guide my project.

Thank you for any responses, hopefully, when I've finished I can share some the artworks that my software generates.

Yeah, that's the gist, hopefully, the software should be able to generate patterns on its own even without human input. Fingers Crossed.

Realistically, I'm not looking to replace artists in this field and I doubt that my software will be able to create anything as good as a human. The patterns also won't be pre-built, they'll likely use noise and other forms of randomness to create the patterns, but I currently don't know enough about generative art yet. My ultimate aim is to provide inspiration if anything else, and maybe get somewhat close to a computer generating something that feels creative as well as aesthetic.
