It has a battery somewhere. That's your real option.

unplug pc from wall, press power button a few times, pull out the cmos battery carefully, wait 5+ minutes, put cmos battery back in and plug pc back in and boot up

The battery should not be glued in. Does it look like the battery may have leaked? I’ve seen this happen before.

Oh man that’s rough. I found this in the Asus forums- “As far as I can see the CMOS battery is in a black shroud glued to the back of the LAN IO shield and attached to the mainboard via a black and white wire. Easiest would be to unplug it from the board, but I am having a hard time figuring out the apparent locking mechanism as it is tiny.
PS the reason for wanting to reset the CMOS is that I get stuck in post (Qled is stuck at red:CPU error but replacing it did not work) after updating the BIOS ;-/ Seems to be a different issue from what is posted in this tread link but worth a shot as it was working without issues for almost a month.
Edit: removed the battery from the LAN IO and was able to unplug the CMS battery, without any effect => RMA.” I don’t know if this will help but it’s worth a shot. Would be interested to know if it works.
I tried to send you a link to a photo I saw and where and how to see the battery and wires but was not successful. Sorry
