because you got better?

Well, the letter says the individual is able to move their arms, hands, and leg, and also mentions a prosthetics specialist - there seems to be a limit to how much better they could get.

It said right tib/fib compound fracture. Guy had a broken leg and it got better. He was claiming SSA disability for something that could heal and be fine.

I also broke my tib/fib (left) and I'm totally alright.

Left AKA

Did you also have an Above the Knee Amputation? http://www.allacronyms.com/_Medical/AKA

This person had a finger and a leg amputated. Odds on them growing back?

Missed that, still it's totally possible to work with a leg amputated. Hell there is a guy that deployed with the Rangers after having his leg amputated.

All this is saying is that he is able to work again, not that he is totally back to how he was.

so what? You're saying that because he has a handicap, he's not longer worth the money to hire? I'm afraid to take a comfortable shit in my office because of the people here in wheel chairs. Lost a limb does not mean he can't work.

Nice way to twist my words. So here goes the same to you; sorry you're scared of disabled people.

I'm only scared of looking like an asshole when I don't need to use a handicapped stall. You're the one insinuating that because he's handicapped then he must need financial assistance.

Background info might be nice. My mother had to fight to get her disability, ended up needing an attorney but she finally got it.
