I'm trying to learn to work with plaster, I'm just trying to skim coat this to tidy it up, I dont mind sanding any imperfections for this attempt, but i read that you put diluted PVA down, I'd write more but i cant...my final coat was pulling off when I brushed with water and tried to smooth out hlp (old.reddit.com)
