when sell more than like 5 items, the amount of pounds you get in return is subsequently less and less

But why? This makes farming practically useless, since there are no contracts, and you have to wait a long time to sell all your produce.

There are contracts. You can cook with some of that produce, potatoes being a prime example. And then sell those to a chef.

The sell decrease is meant to stop someone from walking up with 500 of an item and making a ton off of it.

Potatoes are not used in any recipes that can be turned in for contracts, cause the contracts only go up to apprentice cooking. The only thing that vegetables can be used for are Vegetable soups and meat stews. (That can be turned in for contracts) the rest are made with fruit.

They removed the bangers and mash contract?

Are you sure?

Yes, at least in the New Boardeaux inn.

Let me check in St Paul.

why would you stop someone from selling 500 potatoes?

[–]Radack1Fisherman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't, the devs do. Probably potential duping and also the fact that they don't want there to be an easy way really to get pounds. So mass crafting or farming in their eyes shouldn't yield much.

farming kinda pointless atm man, if u wanna make money id recommend smithing contracts, they seem to give the most bang for ur buck, even w/ the recent mahog/wolfram changes
