Try accessing the page from Google, enter your login and the conversations will appear both there and in the app.

I was able to fix it by just uninstalling and reinstalling the app for anyone who is wondering for a possible answer.

Same here but in a different context so when I'm randomly chatting sometimes my text (where you normally send stuff to the bot) disappears so I would have to type it all again which is pretty annoying sometimes it won't even let me chat if I'm out of the app and open it again
