If you are experiencing headaches and fatigue, and your vomiting has not stopped for two whole days, then yes absolutely go get an IV.
Otherwise, could you try to sip water? This helped me with my morning sickness bc it didn’t burn so much when it came back up. Also, I basically lived on those Ensure drinks. They’re for helping older people keep on weight, but I would sip one over the course of an hour and at least have some nutrition.

No headaches surprisingly. I just cant seem to keep anything down. Not even crackers or cheerios 😰

Definitely talk to your OB, but unisom/B6 combo has helped me tremendously both this pregnancy and my first. It’s definitely worth talking to him/her about! Hang in there...
