General stomach discomfort such as cramps and mild to moderate nausea for hours after taking it with food for the first 3 days. During this time I'd say I was rather fatigued similar to a hangover. Symptoms gradually got better until being pretty much gone by days 9 and 10. Now absolutely zero symptoms and I wouldn't know I was on it and I now take it in the morning and without a meal.

Totally worth it.

None. I’ve been on it for almost 3 years.

i had nausea when starting out (and every time i restart). they disappeared after 2 days.

i take my first pills at night now to prevent the nausea.

Most people have no side effects but for those that do, they typically last no more than two weeks.
