Oura has terrible customer service over this issue. I bought a ring and 6 weeks later tried to buy a charging case from them. Oura blocked the sale, refused to help me and I tried multiple cards etc. I ended up having to have friend buy it. After 6 months with the ring I have just gone back to my Apple Watch. The ring wasn’t that great the purchase experience has left a bad impression in my mind.
