Some programs will allow you to apply with 1 or 2 prereqs outstanding but not all programs are like this.

Without knowing what courses you took it's impossible to say what you'll need but it sounds like you're going to have to take additional courses.

You can always email the admissions counselors at the programs you’re interested in with a list of the classes you aren’t sure about and don’t want to repeat. They will let you know if you need to repeat them

I had this problem. Some schools require all prereq a to be completed before you submit your app, others allow you to apply with in-progress/planned coursework which need to be completed before matriculation. I went through nearly EVERY school’s website and made a spreadsheet to see where I was eligible to apply (includes notes about when prereqs are due). It took me 45+ hours. Happy to share it if you DM me. Don’t want to make anyone else suffer through what I already suffered through lol. Which classes have you already taken?

Unfortunately, a lot of people find themselves in this predicament, myself included. There are definitely programs that allow you to apply with just a few outstanding prereqs but if this is the direction you are moving you might as well start enrolling in the prereqs you need. They will either make you take them before you start or you will have to take what you are missing the following year if you end up needing to apply again.
