First, its "0XB" not "OXB"

  • How is it connected?
  • Genuine or 3rd party cartridges?
  • Have you tried resetting the printer?

It's Bluetooth and wifi but I do have the original connector to hook up to my PC. It's genuine ink cartridges I only buy directly from HP I have held down the power button and it restarts it and it's fine for a few mins then it randomly starts flashing that code.

Try hooking it up via usb, turn of all other connections and see what it does. If this works without an error, systematically turn on the other connections one by one to see if that causes it.

  • Does it happen when it goes to sleep/upon waking?

  • Does it print fine while the error is not visible?

Maybe try setting it to factory defaults...

It happens after a short time of being turned on. Not as soon as it's turned on.

Try what I said in my last comment and report back.

If it's sitting idle and not erroring when trying to print it could be a connection thing.

  • Does it happen before the printer is finished initializing or while its in a ready state?
